Origins

San José is a 100% Arabica single origin grown on Finca San José, in the Caldas department, Colombia, between 1,350 and 1,470 metres above sea level.

Coffee grows in rich, mineral soil, with an average temperature between 21° and 25°.

The cherries are selected and harvested exclusively by hand, guaranteeing quality and uniformity of the batch.

Aromatic notes

The aromatic profile is rich, soft and enveloping.

Elegant hints of rum and chocolate emerge in the cup, accompanied by notes of ripe cherry and tiramisu. The flavor is sweet, complex, and persistent, with a deep and well-balanced structure.

Extraction

San José best expresses its complexity in espresso, where the fermentation in rum barrels reveals all its aromatic nuances, giving an intense, deep and enveloping cup.

In the moka pot it maintains structure and sweetness, with a rich and persistent profile.

In Nespresso® compatible capsules it offers a clean and consistent extraction, enhancing the notes of rum, chocolate and ripe fruit in a practical format that is faithful to the original experience.

Shipping

We ship freshly roasted coffee, packaged in airtight bags to preserve its freshness and aroma. Orders are processed quickly, ensuring a consistently fresh and high-quality product.

Unique fermentation

The three-month fermentation in barriques used for aging rum enriches the coffee with sweet and enveloping notes, without covering its original identity.

Limited and sought-after edition

Produced in limited quantities, San José is designed for enthusiasts and connoisseurs seeking complex and unconventional aromatic profiles.

Intense sensory experience

Each cup tells the story of a unique artisanal process, capable of combining territory, craftsmanship, and experimentation in a refined balance.
