Some products available in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or under a “Try Before You Buy” option. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These deliveries are based on the subscription duration and the frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it at any time.
You can cancel or modify your subscription whenever you wish. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order, which you can use to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available.
At checkout, we may either:

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled.
If the order has already been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled; however, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
