1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between:
Gli Ormesini S.r.l. – Via Silvestrini, 4, 37135 Verona (VR), Italy – VAT No. IT04652070238

and users purchasing products through the website gliormesini.com.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

Gli Ormesini offers coffee and related products.

Each product is accompanied by an information sheet describing its characteristics, ingredients, and instructions for use.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the final product.

3. Prices

All prices:

  • are expressed in euros (€),

  • include VAT,

  • exclude shipping costs (calculated at checkout).

Gli Ormesini S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Orders

An order is considered completed when the customer:

  • selects the products and adds them to the cart,

  • fills in the required information,

  • completes the payment,

  • receives an order confirmation email.

Gli Ormesini reserves the right to refuse incomplete, suspicious, or non-fulfillable orders.

5. Payments

Payment methods enabled on Shopify are accepted, including:

  • credit/debit cards,

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay,

  • PayPal,

  • Shopify Payments.

All transactions are secure thanks to Shopify’s encrypted payment systems.

6. Invoicing

An electronic invoice may be issued upon request during checkout.

Customers must provide their SDI code or certified email (PEC), where applicable.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is managed in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimated and not binding.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customers have 14 days to withdraw from their purchase.

Please note:
For food products such as coffee, the right of withdrawal applies only if the packaging is intact, unopened, and undamaged.

9. Legal Guarantee

In the event of lack of conformity, the legal guarantee provided under Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code applies.

The customer must report the defect within 2 months of discovery.

10. Liability

Gli Ormesini S.r.l. shall not be held liable for:

  • improper use of products,

  • courier delays,

  • temporary website interruptions,

  • indirect or consequential damages.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the GDPR.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute, the Court of Verona shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
