Shipping policy

1. Couriers

Gli Ormesini S.r.l. ships orders through qualified express couriers selected based on destination and order type.
Couriers may vary over time according to logistical requirements.

2. Destinations

We ship to Italy and European Union countries.

Some remote or non-serviced areas may be excluded; in such cases, the customer will be informed before order confirmation.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Italy: 2–4 business days

  • European Union: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination, and external circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, holidays, etc.).

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination,

  • order weight and volume,

  • any active promotions.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the website or during checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive an email containing:

  • shipping confirmation,

  • a tracking link.

Customers can independently monitor the delivery status via the provided tracking link.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

The courier generally makes one or two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be held at a pickup point or returned to the sender.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address and to be available at the time of delivery.

8. Receipt of Goods

Upon delivery, the customer must:

  • check the integrity of the packaging,

  • verify any visible damage,

  • immediately report any anomalies to the courier by signing with reservation on the delivery note.

Any issue must be reported to Gli Ormesini S.r.l. within 48 hours at: info@gliormesini.com.

9. Delays or Shipping Issues

Gli Ormesini S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • the courier,

  • weather conditions,

  • public holidays,

  • unforeseen events or force majeure.

However, our customer service team is always available to provide assistance.

10. Unclaimed Shipments or Incorrect Addresses

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to:

  • failure to collect,

  • incorrect or incomplete address,

  • recipient unavailable,

the customer may request a new shipment upon payment of the related shipping costs.
