Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Intact Products Only)

Customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be:

  • intact,

  • unopened,

  • unused,

  • in its original packaging.

Opened or unsealed food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please send an email to: info@gliormesini.com, including:

  • full name,

  • order number,

  • products to be returned,

  • reason for return (optional).

Our customer service team will reply with return shipping instructions.

3. Return Costs

Unless the return is due to an error by Gli Ormesini (wrong product shipped or evident defect), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, Gli Ormesini S.r.l. will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of company error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives:

  • a damaged product,

  • an incorrect product,

  • or a package with visible damage,

they must notify us within 48 hours at info@gliormesini.com, attaching clear photos of the packaging and the product.

In such cases, replacement or refund will be provided free of charge.

6. Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned to the sender due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • recipient absent,

  • failure to collect the parcel,

a new shipment can be arranged (shipping costs borne by the customer).

Alternatively, a refund may be requested excluding the original shipping costs.
