San José is a 100% Arabica single origin grown on Finca San José, in the Caldas department, Colombia, between 1,350 and 1,470 metres above sea level.

Coffee grows in rich, mineral soil, with an average temperature between 21° and 25°.
The cherries are harvested and selected strictly by hand, guaranteeing quality and uniformity of the batch.

Aromatic notes

The aromatic profile is rich and smooth, characterized by elegant hints of rum and chocolate, accompanied by notes of ripe cherry and tiramisu.

The taste is sweet, complex and persistent, with an enveloping structure that lingers in the cup for a long time.
