Origins

Settanta Trenta is made from a selection of coffees from Brazil, Colombia, Central America, and India, chosen to ensure structure, sweetness, and consistency.

The blend is made up of 85% Arabica and 15% Robusta coffee.

Costa Rica stands out, grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,800 meters, known for its quality, finesse, and balance. Local cooperatives work closely with growers, promoting a sustainable and transparent supply chain.

Originally, it was a 70/30 blend, hence the name. Over time, we've increased the Arabica content to better balance crema, body, and sweetness.
Aromatic notes

In the cup, classic and enveloping aromas of cocoa, tobacco, and caramel emerge. The flavor is rounded, with a balanced sweetness and a pleasant finish that lingers with every sip.

Designed for the first coffee of the morning, the Settanta Trenta moka offers uniform extraction and an intense, well-structured cup.
It also lends itself very well to espresso, where it expresses body and creaminess, and to Nespresso® compatible capsules, guaranteeing consistent yield and an aromatic profile faithful to the blend.
