Cento is a 100% Arabica artisanal blend, made from coffees from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala and Peru.

The Ethiopian Yrgacheffe stands out, grown at around 2,000 meters above sea level and renowned for its floral and citrusy profile. The origins are carefully selected to ensure quality, finesse, and aromatic consistency.
Aromatic notes

In the cup, refined aromas of bergamot, jasmine, and white pepper emerge. The taste is fresh, clean, and persistent, with an elegant floral note and a pleasant citrusy vibrancy.
