After five years of selecting and roasting coffee, we've decided to invest time and resources into improving our communications, making ourselves better known to our customers, and reaching new audiences with our coffees.
We actually wanted to do it right when we started, but from 2020 to today it has been a very long wave that we have ridden as much as possible.
Our story begins on a bridge, the Ormesini Bridge in Venice. We shook hands on that bridge and couldn't help but name our future roastery after it. For us, the bridge is a beautiful symbol, uniting shores that may be near or far, and which are joined by it. We had been working in the coffee world for some time, so this decision came naturally. After years of study and hard work, we wanted to put our ideas into practice and create something different. A modern, spontaneous, and authentic artisanal roastery, because for us, coffee is a simple yet precious product, a fundamental part of our culture.

It all starts with the raw material: the finest raw coffees, certified and traceable, are the only possible starting point for producing quality coffee. Perhaps this is the most delicate aspect of our work: selecting the finest coffee origins, tasting them, and carefully combining and balancing them with each new harvest to ensure the final result is consistently consistent and recognizable. Our gaze is always turned to the future, striving to enrich and improve our product, even with different processing techniques, without ever forgetting our roots and our tradition.
Whole beans, vacuum-packed moka pot ground, capsules, and vacuum-packed filter ground, blends, or single-origins: these are the many coffees available in our shop, always fresh every week.

Coffee, with its enveloping and intense flavor, has always been a part of our daily lives. How many times has a cup of coffee been the first conversation starter, an excuse to take a break, ask for a date, or feel at home?
